Empire, the hit television series, is back for its third season. The first promo for the new season has been released, and it promises to be even more exciting and dramatic than before. The promo opens with a shot of Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) and Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) standing together in a luxurious mansion. They are both dressed in their finest clothes, and they look like they are ready to take on the world. The promo then cuts to a series of quick shots that give us a glimpse of what's to come in season 3. We see Cookie and Lucious fighting, we see Jamal (Jussie Smollett) and Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) performing on stage, and we see Andre (Trai Byers) struggling to deal with his mental illness.
