"The Brink" is a political satire television series created by Roberto Benabib and Kim Benabib for HBO. The 10-episode first season premiered on June 21, 2015. The series follows a group of American diplomats and officials as they navigate a series of international crises, including a nuclear standoff with Pakistan. The show stars Jack Black as Walter Larson, the Secretary of State; Tim Robbins as Walter Larson's Chief of Staff, Alex Talbot; and Pablo Schreiber as Zeke Tilson, a CIA operative.
