The Last Witch Hunter (Trailer) is an upcoming action fantasy film starring Vin Diesel. The film tells the story of Kaulder (Diesel), a valiant warrior who has spent centuries hunting down and killing witches. Kaulder is the last of his kind, a breed of immortal witch hunters known as the Axe and Cross. After centuries of hunting witches, Kaulder is weary and jaded, but he is forced to return to action when a powerful witch threatens to unleash a plague on the world. The film is directed by Breck Eisner and written by Cory Goodman and Matt Sazama. The Last Witch Hunter is scheduled to be released on October 23, 2015.
