"Ice", named after the slang word for diamonds, is written and executive produced by Robert Munic (Fighting). It is described as a high-impact, serialized crime drama that follows the Green family as they plunge into the underbelly of the L.A. diamond trade.
Jake (Cam Gigandet) and Freddy (Jeremy Sisto) are half-brothers brought together by their father Isaac, the patriarch behind G&G Diamonds, and their uncle Cam (Ray Winstone). After wild card Freddy kills a prominent diamond dealer, Jake must bail him out and save the family business while maneuvering among jewelry thugs, blood diamond deals, false certificates and the feds.
In Season 2, With both their finances and their reputations in tatters, Jake (Cam Gigandet) and Freddy (Jeremy Sisto) must find a way to rebuild. With the help from Tessa Pryor (Laura Vandervoort), a smart, capable and gorgeous lawyer, and Jeff Reardon (D.B. Sweeney), a sober coach, Freddy is seemingly on a better path. The discovery of a magnificent rough may put the brothers back on top – or it may tear them apart forever. Meanwhile, the death of a loved one drives Lady Rah (Judy Shekoni) to wage war on a powerful diamond conglomerate – from the inside.
Cam (Ray Winstone) joins forces with his estranged son Malcolm Rose (Ashley Thomas) in order to navigate the dangerous underworld of blood diamonds.
