White Collar Episode 3.13 Neighborhood Watch

When Peter leaves some surveillance equipment lying around, Elizabeth overhears a conversation that leads her to believe that their new neighbor, Ben Ryan, is planning a heist. Elizabeth warns Peter, but when nothing comes of the tip, the concerned FBI agent worries that his wife may still be shaken up from her run in with Keller.

But Elizabeth won't be pitied, and she won't be denied. Determined to get to the bottom of things, she turns to two people who know a little something about illegal activity: Mozzie and Neal. The threesome soon finds evidence that confirms her suspicions, and after an awkward dinner date with Ben and his wife ends with Elizabeth sneaking around the Ryan home, Peter finally agrees to look into their new neighbor. Sure enough, Peter's investigation pulls up a rap sheet that includes a recent stint in prison for armed robbery, and thanks to Elizabeth's poking around, they have an idea of his next target.

However, when Ben catches on to Elizabeth's snooping, he drops the courteous neighbor act. Fearing for his wife's safety, Peter sends Neal to see if a fellow ex-con can get Ben to give up his plans. But while Ben is full of surprises, it's Elizabeth who proves to be more resourceful than anyone imagined...
