Moments after being acquitted on a weapons charge, one of Jerry's clients is re-arrested on a parole violation for weapons possession. Richard picks a fight with Judge Kessler, claiming that her decision to jail his client for 30 days over a $75 fine is essentially punishment for being poor. But that isn't about to spoil the eager anticipation she feels about going on a first date arranged by her matchmaker. Meanwhile, Bobbi has difficulty adjusting to her new living situation, and Jerry's attempts to help are met with resistance.
