All is not well with Captain Renard, who finds himself reliving the moment he was shot in his sleep. When he wakes, his shirt is soaked with blood but, curiously, none of his wounds have reopened.

At a bar, a man in a suit tries his luck chatting up a beautiful but distressed woman whose husband just left her. He ends up going home with her and they make their way to the bedroom. She pops into the bathroom and the man begins undressing. As he does, the woman's husband bursts in, waving a gun. Terrified, the man gives the husband his money and runs out. When he gets outside, he realizes he's left his cell phone behind. On his way back to the condo, he sees the woman leaving, suitcase in tow. He tries to restrain her in order to get his money and phone back, but the woman woges, turning into a slimy, wormlike creature. When her one-night stand touches her, his skin begins to burn.

The next morning, Nick, Hank and Wu examine the man's corpse. His face looks like it was burned off by acid. At the precinct, Nick and Hank tell the Captain the coroner's report says he choked on an enzyme that ate through his organs. Wu joins them and says he has a trace on the man's cell.

The landlord of the condo says the owner lives in New York but that he rents it out. She describes its most recent tenant as a beautiful woman. Inside, Nick, Hank and Wu find the cell phone but notice the place has been cleaned out. Back at the precinct, Hank learns the condo was rented with a fake identity. Wu says a fingerprint they found inside belongs to a con man named Linus. According to Robbery, adds Wu, a string of businessmen have been getting trick-rolled recently.

Forced to retreat to a motel, Linus flips out on Stacy for getting them on the cops' radar. His anger leads him to woge - into the same wormy Wesen as her. Later, Stacy, while getting dressed, can't believe Linus is blaming her. She puts on her earrings and prepares to bag another target.

Renard visits the Spice Shop to ask for Rosalee's help in dealing with his unexplained bleeding. He asks for the book his mom used to reverse what Adalind did to Nick. Rosalee gives it to him but says his mom shut it while Monroe adds it only opened with her blood. As it dawns on Renard that Hexenbiest blood is needed to open the book, just such a Wesen - Juliette - waits for him outside his home.

Nick meets Hank at the trailer, where Hank shows him an entry on the Huntha Lami Muuaji, a wormy Wesen whose skin secretes an enzyme that feeds on its host's skin. Huntha Lami Muuaji travel in pairs, one male and one female, and unlike other Wesen, its woge is visible to all. Wu calls then and says the fake identity used to rent the condo was also used to rent an apartment nearby. Coincidentally, both places are in the vicinity of a bar that caters to businessmen.

While studying his mom's book, Renard's doorbell rings. As he opens the door, Juliette barges in and explains that she's been sleeping in her car and that she can't go home until she figures out her Hexenbiest-ness. In short, she needs a place to stay. Renard is understandably uncomfortable with the idea, especially given their history, but he agrees so long as Juliette will do him one favor: open the book. With just a few drops of blood, she and Renard become roommates.

To catch Linus and Stacy, Nick and Hank need a man to serve as bait and they know just who to ask: Rosalee. Well, Rosalee in order to get Monroe to do it. The plan works beautifully - maybe too beautifully, because before long, a half-naked Stacy is throwing Monroe onto a bed. When she goes into the bathroom, Monroe heads to the window, from which he can see Nick, Hank and Wu parked outside. Like clockwork, Linus enters then with his gun. Monroe gives him his wallet and also signals Nick, Hank and Wu by waving his arms in front of the window. When Linus realizes there's only $22 in the wallet, he gets distracted and lowers the gun. Monroe seizes the opportunity and woges, catching Linus off guard. When Nick, Hank and Wu come charging in, Linus flees out the window. Nick says to make sure Stacy doesn't leave while he chases after Linus.

With Nick hot on his trail, Linus steps into an alcove and woges into the Huntha Lami Muuaji. But then, he woges into Stacy! She casually strolls down the street as Nick catches up to her and finds Linus' jacket on the floor. He finds no sign of Linus but does discover Stacy's earrings inside the jacket pocket. When Nick returns to the apartment, Monroe, Hank and Wu explain that Stacy wasn't in the bathroom and that she must've left through a second door. Nick shows Monroe the earrings and asks if Stacy was wearing them. When Monroe confirms she was, Nick wonders how they ended up in Linus' jacket. Maybe, he realizes, the Huntha Lami Muuaji doesn't work in pairs but IS both male and female.

Back at the Spice Shop, Nick and Hank explain to Rosalee that because Linus is the one with the record, the Huntha Lami Muuaji must be locked into its male form in order for them to arrest it. Rosalee suggests giving the Wesen a shot of testosterone during the woge to prevent it from becoming Stacy. But how do they do that without getting too close? Nick and Monroe answer almost simultaneously: with a crossbow and darts.

In her hotel room, Adalind's third pregnancy test confirms her worst fears - she's pregnant with Nick's baby. Realizing she needs a new father for this child immediately, Adalind decides to sleep with Viktor. But when she goes looking for him, she finds his father, the king, instead. He says Viktor is returning to Vienna but that another member of the royal family will soon be joining her. Adalind is less than thrilled, to say the least.

Having placed an APB on Linus' car, Nick, Hank and Wu head over to the bar where it was spotted, hormone-filled darts in hand. Stacy is exiting with a male companion when Wu arrives and asks the gentleman to step aside. As Wu questions the man, Stacy makes a run for it. Nick sneaks up behind her and says he wants to talk to Linus. When she plays dumb, Hank comes out and informs her Nick's a Grimm and that they know what she is. Stacy begins to woge, but when she becomes the worm, Nick shoots her with the crossbow. The Huntha Lami Muuaji seems unfazed at first but then collapses on the ground and turns into Linus.

Nick and Hank bring Linus in, still wearing Stacy's dress. Despite his claims that no one was supposed to get hurt, it's too late; he's headed for jail. Before Nick and Hank take him away, Linus tries to woge into Stacy but realizes he can no longer find her. He asks if Stacy will ever come back. Nick says he doesn't know. That night, when he returns home, Nick pours himself a drink and reminisces about better times with Juliette. Could this really be the end? Tune in next week to find out.
