"Mike and I are moving in together," Susan announces happily, much to Edie's dismay.

At the weekly poker game, Edie suggests the move may be too soon. After all, they still don't know how Mike really got shot or how Mrs. Huber's bracelet ended up in his garage. So her friends arrange an intervention, but she convinces them she's so happy, she's willing to take the chance.

Zach doesn't take it well when he comes to in Felicia's house and his father is gone, having left behind only a note and a baseball glove. He hurls the glove away in disgust and Felicia finds a note inside addressed to Zach to meet Paul in secret Thursday night.

Mike asks Felicia if he knows where Paul is, and she tells him where he can find him, and that Martha was blackmailing him over a murder -- and isn't Mike investigating the murder of his friend? She hands him Martha's diary, and urges him to get revenge.

Susan's doubts about Mike return when she finds Martha's diary in his truck, so she and Julie tail him, but they follow the wrong truck!

Meanwhile, Mike meets an unsuspecting Paul at the ball park and knocks him out.

Carlos is busted when Gaby gets a statement from their insurance company that dates the birth control order after Juanita was in a coma. "You did this!" she fumes, and announces she's leaving him. Before she drives off, she asks, "What makes you think you're the father?"

Furious, Carlos follows her to Justin and John's apartment. Having earlier seen Gaby slap Justin for telling her she's a heartless bitch, Carlos is convinced he's her lover and starts brutally beating him. He's quickly stopped by the police who were alerted by his ankle alarm when he left the house.

Justin says he's not Gabrielle's lover and that he's actually gay, and Carlos moans, "Not again!" He's facing eight years for being a serial gay basher, now that the police have matched him to a sketch of the suspect who beat up the cable guy. He thinks Gaby made up having a lover just to make him mad and now he asks her to lie to say she was having an affair to save him, but she refuses.

Tom tells Lynette he's sick of her showing up at the office all the time, so she comes up with a new plan to keep him away from Annabel. She meets with an old coworker and suggests she hire Tom. Realizing what they want is someone like Annabel, Lynette suggests they hire her.

The next day, Annabel giddily tells Tom that the firm didn't want to lose her, so they've just made her VP. Tom angrily marches into his boss's office and demands to know why he's been passed over again, and that he's quitting. The boss says he took away Tom's promotion because Lynette asked his wife to do her a favor.

Bree and George are playing miniature golf, when her touch causes him some major embarrassment -- he has an erection he can't hide! Bree is enraged that he lied about just wanting to be friends.

Realizing he's about to lose her, George breaks into her house and -- after switching out Rex's heart medicine pills -- finds her box of sex toys. When he just "happens" to run into her at the supermarket, he tells her Rex was joking with his colleagues about his penchant for S&M.

Rex adamantly denies telling anyone about their sex life, and then clutches his arm. "I'm having a heart attack!" he tells Bree and she responds, "No, you're not!" Finally convinced he's not faking it, she tells him to wait downstairs. When Danielle finds him, he tells her he's still waiting for Bree to take him to the hospital. She runs to find her mother -- who's taking her time meticulously making the bed before she's ready to go.
