Brad and Denise's wedding takes a wrong turn when the priest who is marrying them is suddenly arrested for harboring illegal aliens. Alan Shore takes on the Father's case, but when Denise goes into labor, Brad frantically searches for someone to marry them so that their child is not born out of wedlock. Meanwhile, Jerry Espenson defends a woman who is being evicted from her apartment because of her pet duck - who serves as emotional support to help her anxiety -- and Alan is puzzled when he discovers that Denny Crane has the Stanley Cup in his possession.
