The Bachelor Episode 17.04 Episode 1704

If a Bachelorette Falls in the Desert, Does She Really Make a Sound? Selma scores the first one-on-one date. She and Sean hop aboard a private plane to the middle of the desert where a jeep is waiting for them. They head into Joshua Tree National Park. To get a better view, Sean wants to do some rock climbing. Time to harness-up! It's a rough climb. Selma is scared at the start, but she guts it out. When Sean puts her arm around him at the end of the climb, Selma feels like she's on top of the world.

Forbidden Kiss: Sean and Selma have dinner outdoors surrounded by a bunch of RVs with different themes. They cuddle up to have a nice chat. Selma grew up in a very strict environment after being born in Baghdad. That's why she can't really kiss anyone on national TV. Sean is very understanding even though they both really want to give each other a little smooch. Selma won't be climbing atop the Kiss Leaderboard anytime soon, but she'll still be happy to take home a rose at the end of the date.

Whip It, Good: Lindsay, Robyn, Jackie, Catherine, Amanda, AshLee, Sarah and Tierra are picked for the group date. They are all taking part in a roller derby. Sean watches as a lot of the girls take some spills during practice. Sarah is having a rough time because she doesn't have two arms to prop herself up when she falls. Sean helps her realize that she needs to try. Soon she's out there and on a roll.

Jawbreaker: Amanda is doing great until she takes a bad spill on her chin. She heads off to the hospital to get checked out for a possible broken jaw. This has Sean reconsidering the whole roller derby idea. He decides it may be best for everyone to have a free skate instead. It turns into a roller skating disco party. The girls are all relieved to just roll around and have some fun.

Tears of Tierra: Amanda makes a triumphant return for the nighttime portion of the date. Luckily she wasn't hurt too badly, but that doesn't stop her from playing the sympathy card with Sean. While they are chatting, there's a little blowup with Robyn and Tierra. In tears, she heads off look for Sean. Tierra interrupts a hot tub date to tell Sean that she can't go on. Then she can. Sean convinces her to stay by giving her a rose. The other girls are in disbelief.

Pretty Woman II: Leslie H is picked for the second one-on-one date. She scores some snazzy earrings and a ride in a hot car to kick things off. Sean takes Leslie on a shopping spree on Rodeo Drive. She's also given a diamond necklace to wear during her Pretty Woman fantasy date. Leslie opens up about her past. Sean enjoys talking to her, but the romantic connection isn't there. That's why he can't give her a rose. On the bright side, Leslie does get to keep the earrings.

A Tierra-ble Cocktail Party: Sean shares a kiss with Ashley. He feels she's the most confident of all the girls. He also shares a smooch with a giddy Robyn. Later, Tierra asks to have a chat with Robyn and Jackie to hash out their issues. It's awkward to say the least. Tierra admits that her apology is fake and forced. Some of the other ladies already know this. They refer to their housemate as Tierra-ble.

The Rose Ceremony: Leslie H is gone. Selma and Tierra are safe. Here is the list of all the ladies who score a rose from Sean:
