The Bachelor Episode 15.09 Episode 9

Brad and the remaining three ladies are off to South Africa. They will all have an opportunity for some intimate alone time unless, of course, there's an elephant in the room. That's not an expression. They're in South Africa. There really could be an elephant in the room!

Safari, So Good

Chantal is first up for an African adventure with Brad. They head off on a safari where they come across a bunch of sleeping lions, a traveling herd of elephants and a hippo who's hangin' in a lake while they picnic.

Chantal basically tells Brad that she would marry the man she loves the instant he proposed. Seems like a good time to extend an invitation to the fantasy suite. Brad does just that and Chantal says let's hurry on over there. She's in love. She's also shocked to see that their fantasy suite is actually a tree house in the middle of South Africa. At least there won't be an elephant in the room. But it does look like there will be a night of passion.

Such a Suite Girl

Brad comes down the dirt road atop an elephant to kick off his day with Emily. Their conversation is all about her daughter. Emily wants to know how he feels about having an instant family. Brad understands that Emily and her daughter are a package deal and that's fine with him.

There's more straight talk at dinner as Brad hands Emily an invitation to the fantasy suite which she accepts. Brad is caught off guard when Emily says that she's falling in love with him. That's great news because he says he's falling in love with her, too.

A Window of Opportunity?

Brad and Ashley take a chopper trip over the exotic lands of South Africa. The view is amazing. Ashley believes it's as if they are on top of the world. They touch down in a place the locals have dubbed God's Window.

Brad says he hopes he can help Ashley balance her career with a personal life. An awkward conversation at dinner brings out some frustrations and concerns. Brad thinks they still need more time together which is why he hands her the fantasy suite invitation. The hope is that they can get past all earlier awkwardness behind closed doors. But is it too late?

The Rose Ceremony

Before things get started, Brad pulls Ashley aside to have a private chat. Their date did not go well at all. Brad is shocked their relationship has taken such a wrong turn and he doesn't want Ashley to sit through a Rose Ceremony. He thinks it's time they said goodbye. This one was rough. It's going to be a long plane ride home for Ashley.

Both Chantal and Emily accept their roses. They'll be staying in South Africa a little longer because they'll be heading to Cape Town to meet Brad's family. Who will ultimately win the Bachelor's heart? We have no idea.
