As for the 'N***as in Paris' rapper, he has been accused of engaging in 'forced labor and cruel inhuman, or degrading treatment' by his employees in the lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West's wife has faced a new allegation in a bombshell lawsuit. In the suit filed in a U.S. District Court, Bianca Censori was accused of sending porn to Yeezy staff members, including minors.

It was said that the 29-year-old sent one of the employees a link to "hardcore" sexual content after her rapper husband announced the launch of his adult film business, Yeezy Porn, in late April. According to the complaint obtained by TMZ, those videos were accessible to underage staffers.

Despite the allegations, Bianca was not named in the federal lawsuit. The claim was made to demonstrate the issues with the work environment at Ye's YZYVSN streaming service app.

"No guardrails were put in place to prevent the underage YZYVSN workers from working on Yeezy Porn," read the suit, according to the Washington Post, "or to prevent them from being exposed to and being forced to view pornography to perform their work."

As for Kanye, he was accused of engaging in "forced labor and cruel inhuman, or degrading treatment." Meanwhile, his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, reportedly called some employees "new slaves."

Kanye and Milo reportedly hired an international developer group consisting of several black members, many of whom were underage, with some as young as 14. Unfortunately, it was unveiled that the two fostered a racist working environment and made false promises about payment and working hours.

In April, Milo allegedly promised to pay the developer group $120,000 if they completed the app without any complaint. However, Ye reportedly ordered them to sign NDAs and threatened to fire the minors if they didn't. The minors were also required to sign "volunteer" agreements.

Not stopping there, the lawsuit claimed Ye's white managers used disparaging and racist language to create a hostile working environment. They allegedly harassed team members on the basis of their age, race, gender, sexual orientation and national origin.

The staff members were also allegedly forced to work through the night without pay or sleep. If they disagreed with the long work hours without breaks, the plaintiffs were allegedly threatened with having their pay withheld.

Ye and Bianca have yet to respond to the lawsuit, but Milo called it "a joke" in a lengthy post shared on X, formerly Twitter. "A joke lawsuit just dropped led by a disgruntled, comically inept Black developer I call Hotep Susan who is mad he didn't get chosen for a full-time Yeezy job," he argued.

"Why did he need one, given his record of FAKING job history (including Yeezy roles he never held)? I'll eviscerate the complaint line by line tomorrow on camera, including his bonkers racism claims," he continued. "Truly, it's the most dishonest thing I've ever seen filed with a court. (And I've worked for billionaires and megastars for a decade.) He has no standing and doesn't represent either of the acquired apps."
