'The Real Housewives of Dallas' star Kary Brittingham and her lawyer beau, Mark A. Anderson, have exchanged vows in a picturesque outdoor wedding in Sicily, Italy.

AceShowbiz - Kary Brittingham, famed star from "The Real Housewives of Dallas", and her lawyer beau Mark A. Anderson, tied the knot on June 20 in an elegant outdoor ceremony in Savoca, Sicily. The romantic affair, attended by just 11 guests, including their five children from previous marriages, was a picturesque blend of personal vows and traditional Italian customs.

"Finding Mark was like finding a needle in a haystack; someone that enjoys life the way I do and has the exact same life goals as I do," says Brittingham, 53. Anderson, 58, shares similar sentiments, "Kary and I are in absolute alignment on how we approach life...I'm looking forward to experiencing all that life has to offer with her by my side."

The couple's nuptials took place under an arbor adorned with lush florals in shades of yellow, blue, and white. Brittingham looked stunning in a structured strapless gown by Ese Azenabor, complete with a long train and high-slit, paired with a sheer embroidered veil. "I wanted a simple but sexy vibe," she explains. Anderson complemented her look in a cream suit with a light blue tie.

The celebration continued at their villa in Taormina overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The decor featured elegant chandeliers, candles, and an abundance of flowers. The event included an outdoor dinner by Chef Marco D'Agati who served traditional Italian delicacies like tagliatelle bolognese with truffles, rigatoni pasta with lobster, and salt-crusted branzino. Desserts included tiramisu, Brittingham's favorite.

Music by DJ Erik Jerne kept the guests dancing until the early hours, with Brittingham and Anderson sharing their first dance to "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran and Andrea Bocelli.

Brittingham and Anderson got engaged in July 2023 during a trip to Tuscany, a year after meeting on Match.com. "Since we got engaged in Italy...we decided to get married in Italy too," Brittingham reveals. They chose Savoca, a place neither had visited before, near the water.

The wedding was part of a week-long celebration with their blended family, enjoying activities in Taormina such as cruising the Mediterranean, wine tasting, and shopping. They concluded the festivities with a family brunch at the San Domenico Palace, a Four Seasons Hotel.
