AceShowbiz - Cam'ron made an unexpected appearance on CNN during a segment discussing concerning footage of P. Diddy assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie in 2016.
"I don't support all the charges that's alleged against him. I don't support any of that - trafficking minors, domestic violence. I'm totally against it," Cam'ron stated.
However, the exchange took a sharp turn when host Abby Phillip pressed Cam'ron to further talk about his experience with Diddy. Clearly unhappy, he replied, "I don't know him like that. What do you mean do I recognize him? What do you mean my experiences? I seen it and I thought it was disgusting. I didn't zoom in to see if it was really him, but he admitted it was him."
Despite Phillip's persistent attempt to dive deeper into Diddy's apology for the incident, Cam'ron was unyielding. "The apology ain't for me, it's for Cassie," he pointed out. "You need to ask Cassie if she accepts the apology."
The interview dramatically shifted when Cam'ron claimed he was unaware he was booked to discuss Diddy. "Who the talent agent for this joint?" said Cam'ron. "Like, you think I be sitting around watching what Diddy doing? I didn't know this was a Diddy joint that y'all invited me to. Yo, who booked me for this joint?" Amid the awkward interview, Cam'ron still managed to sneak a promotion of his podcast and product.
Following the viral interview, Cam'ron remained unapologetic, adamant that he was used by the network. "I just felt you tried to use me, pause. I don't know why they ain't watch 60 Minutes. They ain't watch Bill O'Reilly? That's what I do on them joints… You call me on CNN for the bulls**t, I'ma give you the bulls**t."
