The 'Wanna Be' raptress, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, receives mixed responses to her performance of Tamela Mann's 'Take Me to the King' at the tour.

AceShowbiz - GloRilla had social media users come to her defense following her recent performance. The "Wanna Be" raptress received supportive messages from a few after delivering a Gospel song at Megan Thee Stallion's ongoing tour.

The 24-year-old hip-hop artist recently took the stage for Megan's "Hot Girl Summer Tour". At one point during her set, she belted out Tamela Mann's "Take Me to the King" before performing her own single titled "Yeah Glo!".

A video from the recent concert made its rounds on social media on Saturday, May 18. In the short footage, the "On Wat U On" spitter was documented hitting the stage while rocking a daring yellow bra top.

Over the clip, a message read, "GloRilla sang the first verse of Tamela Mann's Take Me to the King and it transitioned to Yeah Glo!. I was too busy singing along and shocked now how serious she was to record the whole thing... I need the whole footage & I need that remix asap."

The footage prompted social media users to voice their thoughts on the matter. Some users criticized Glo's choice of song with one writing, "Whose idea was this?! It's the disrespect for me!" Similarly, another penned, "WRONG it's giving WRONG."

Though so, Glo was quickly defended by many users. One in particular stated, "Her name is Gloria Hallelujah. Her song Yea Glo is about building her own self confidence, worth, and strength. She's singing his praises then singing her own. why y'all acting like y'all don't get it?"

Similarly, another blasted the haters, "If yall thinking her singing about God is playing then you are part of the problem. you gotta meet ppl where they are and not where you want them to be. God can find you anywhere..someone in that audience probably needed that quick moment to be inspired to give their life to God. Judging ppl is the main way to push someone from God."

A third chimed in, "Maybe she feels blessed and seeing that her name is hallelujah I could see how she would want to show a lil praise before preforming her song thinking about where she has come from ! Maybe she's just giving him the glory the way she thinks fit."
