The 'Shake It Off' singer and Kansas City Chiefs tight end ditch the star-studded Coachella for a lowkey night at one of her favorite sushi eateries in Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - On Friday night, April 12, Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, chose to skip the first night of Coachella for a quiet date night at one of her favorite restaurants in Los Angeles, Sushi Park.

Despite fans' expectations that the couple would attend the festival to support Swift's friend Lana Del Rey, they opted for a relaxing evening away from the crowds at the lowkey celeb hotspot, known for its omakase-only menu and exclusive atmosphere, frequented by Hollywood stars like Dua Lipa and Beyonce Knowles.

For their date night, Swift donned a red varsity jacket over a dark top and denim skirt while Kelce looked handsome in olive green attire. The couple appeared smitten as they held hands while exiting the restaurant.

Although they missed the first weekend of Coachella, rumors suggest that Swift and Kelce may still attend the second weekend, which runs from April 19 to 21.

Swift has been in Los Angeles this week with Kelce, even attending a taping of his new show, "Are You Smarter Than Celebrity?" The source revealed that Swift is supportive of Kelce's endeavors, believing the show will be a success.

Kelce has expressed his love for Coachella and live music in the past. He even hosts his own music festival, Kelce Jam. However, whether or not he's attending Coachella remains to be seen as his schedule leading up to the football season is still uncertain.

Swift is currently on a two-month break from her The Eras Tour. Travis is expected to join her for several tour dates, including those in Europe.
