The couple, who tied the knot back in January at La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta, Calif., admits that deciding where to settle down contributed to their decision to part ways.

AceShowbiz - Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist appeared to have gotten out of their honeymoon phase. Just three months after tying the knot, the "Golden Bachelor" stars announced they are getting a divorce.
The now-estranged couple broke the shocking news on "Good Morning America" on Friday morning, April 12. "Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations, and we've looked closely at our situation, our living situation, so forth and - and we've kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it's probably time for us to dissolve our marriage," the retired restaurateur told host Juju Chang.
"We have received so much love and support from so many people who watched 'The Golden Bachelor,' and I don't think we can tell you how many people told us that it gave them so much hope," Theresa stated. "We want none of that to change for anybody."
Gerry and Theresa admitted that deciding where to settle down contributed to their decision to part ways. "We looked at homes in South Carolina, we considered New Jersey, and we just looked at homes after home, but we never got to the point where we made that decision," the 70-year-old TV personality shared.
Despite the split, Gerry and Theresa made it clear that they still love each other. "I still love this person... There's no doubt in my mind, I still am in love with her. I root for her every day," Gerry said while holding hands with his ex, who later added, "Yeah, I still love him."
The pair exchanged vows during a live TV special on January 4. Taking place at La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta, Calif., the wedding was officiated by "Golden Bachelor" alum Susan Noles and aired live on ABC.
The wedding marked the second one for both Theresa and Gerry. Prior to this, Theresa was married to William "Billy" Nist for more than 42 years before he died in 2014. As for Gerry, he was married to Toni Turner for more than 4 decades before she passed away in 2017.
