It has been revealed that the 'Damsel' actress and the son of Jon Bon Jovi have asked one of the cast members on the hit Netflix show to officiate their wedding.

AceShowbiz - Millie Bobby Brown's upcoming wedding to Jake Bongiovi will feature a heartwarming "Stranger Things" reunion. Her on-screen father, Matthew Modine, will be officiating the ceremony.

Modine revealed on "Access Daily" that he has a license to officiate marriages and was thrilled to be asked by Millie and Jake. He has even written the wedding vows for the couple, which they reportedly "loved."

Modine has been married for 44 years and has previously officiated one other wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic. While he admitted that the COVID-19 aspect made it "weird" given the restrictions and the mandates, he noted, "It's such a beautiful thing to be able to join two people in holy matrimony."

He believes that marriage is "amazing when it works." He also finds officiating a wedding a special privilege that allows him to join two people in love and matrimony.

Millie and Jake, the son of rocker Jon Bon Jovi, became engaged last April after two and a half years of dating. The couple has joked about involving their "Stranger Things" co-stars in their wedding festivities, with Millie suggesting Noah Schnapp as the ring bearer.

Millie has expressed her love for Jake, saying that she feels they "always gonna have each other's back." The wedding date has not been announced yet.

In related news, production for the fifth and final season of "Stranger Things" is underway, and Modine hinted that there could be a possibility for his character, Dr. Martin Brenner, to return in some form, perhaps through flashbacks.
