Kevin Hunter Jr. is financially struggling as he's reportedly unable to pay rent for his luxury apartment in Miami while his famous mother is battling dementia.

AceShowbiz - Kevin Hunter Jr., the 23-year-old son of talk show host Wendy Williams, has been slapped with an eviction notice from his luxury Miami apartment for failing to pay $4,317.08 in rent. The monthly rent for his high-rise apartment is $3,731, indicating that additional fees were added for the missing payment.

According to a lawsuit filed by the building's management, Kevin Jr. breached the lease agreement by not paying rent since February 2022. However, the notice was dismissed on March 5 after Kevin Jr. apparently secured the necessary funds.

This is not the first time Kevin Jr. has faced eviction for unpaid rent. In 2022, he was evicted from his $2 million apartment after his mother's bank accounts were frozen due to concerns about financial exploitation and dementia.

Kevin Jr. has stated that the lack of financial support from his mother, who was placed under a court-appointed guardianship, made it difficult for him to make rent payments. He has denied accusations that he charged $100,000 to his mother's American Express card without authorization.

Despite his financial issues, Kevin Jr. continues to be a college student at Barry University. The situation has raised questions about the financial management of Wendy Williams' estate and the well-being of her family members.
