The new report comes after the Marchioness of Cholmondeley denied rumors that the Prince of Wales had an affair with her when Kate Middleton was pregnant with Prince Louis.

AceShowbiz - Rose Hanbury was allegedly frustrated over rumors that she had an affair with Prince William. A royal expert claimed that the Marchioness of Cholmondeley wasn't happy now that the speculations about her relationship with the Prince of Wales resurfaced online.
"I know people who know the Marchioness of Cholmondeley very, very well, and she absolutely was not having an affair with the Prince of Wales," royal expert and Editor-in-Chief of True Royalty TV Nick Bullen told Us Weekly on Tuesday, March 19. "Even when those rumors broke a few years ago, she was very upset by them then. She's still very upset by them now."
Recently, Rose issued a statement denying the rumored affair with Prince William. The statement, released through her lawyers on Saturday, March 16, saw the former model publicly addressing rumors alleging an extramarital affair with the father of three. Rose, who is married to David Cholmondeley, dubbed the rumors "hurtful" and "completely false."
Prince William's lawyers also blasted the affair rumors. "In addition to being false and highly damaging, the publication of false speculation in respect of our clients' private life also constitutes a breach of his privacy pursuant to Article 8 of the European Convention to Human Rights," a letter, sent by London law firm Harbottle and Lewis, read.
Stephen Colbert also weighed in on the matter in a recent episode of "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" as the affair rumors re-emerged amid concern of Kate's well-being. "The kingdom has been all aflutter by the seeming disappearance of Kate Middleton. Well now, internet sleuths are guessing that Kate's absence may be related to her husband and the future king of England, William, having an affair," the host said.
Prior to this, In Touch Weekly reported that Prince William cheated on Kate while she was pregnant with their youngest child, Louis. According to a source, Kate "immediately confronted" the Duke of Cambridge but he "laughed it off saying there was nothing to it."
