Beyonce Knowles channels her inner cowgirl on the back of a white stallion while proudly holding the Star-Spangled Banner in the American flag-themed cover art.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles has released the official album cover and details for her highly anticipated follow-up to 2022's "Renaissance", titled "Cowboy Carter". The album, set to drop on March 29, marks a continuation of Bey's artistic journey and her foray into country music.

The album cover features Queen Bey perched atop a white horse, wearing red, white, and blue chaps, a cowboy hat, and flowing blonde hair while raising the American flag. The background, similar to the Renaissance album cover, is black with a dirt road at the bottom.

In a lengthy Instagram caption, Beyonce revealed that "Cowboy Carter" has been in the making for five years, inspired by an experience where she did not feel welcomed. This led her to explore the history of country music and collaborate with "brilliant artists."

Despite facing criticism when she first entered the genre, Beyonce has remained determined to challenge boundaries and blend musical styles. "Act II is a result of challenging myself, and taking my time to bend and blend genres together to create this body of work," she wrote.

The album includes the lead single "Texas Hold 'Em," which made Beyonce the first Black woman to top both the Hot Country Songs and Hot 100 charts. She expressed gratitude for the support she received, saying, "That would not have happened without the outpouring of support from each and every one of you."

Beyonce emphasized that "Cowboy Carter" continues the Renaissance aesthetic but is ultimately a "Beyonce" album. "This ain't a Country album. This is a 'Beyonce' album," she declared.
