On Saturday, March 16, the 43-year-old shared some pictures of herself on Instagram. Alongside the snaps, in which she wore a cropped T-shirt, leather pants and a diamond choker, she wrote, "On my way to go find Kate."
The post has since been flooded with mixed comments. Some people took issue with it, with one writing, "How low can you go Kim? Poking fun at a wife and mother who has and is seriously ill ? Just wow."
Another replied, "Kim imagine being trolled and made fun of after you got robbed in Paris? Girl take this insensitive post down." A third fumed, "She's been in hospital and resting at home and this is something to joke about?!!!"
The criticism continued with one writing, "To mock a woman who has a medical problem is so low." A different individual added, "Nothing like a celebrity who allegedly hates rumors, spreading rumors."
