The 'If You Had My Love' hitmaker, who recently canceled some of her forthcoming shows, reportedly has additional tour dates despite many tickets remaining unsold.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez reportedly has added new dates to her upcoming "This Is Me… Now" tour. The "If You Had My Love" hitmaker, who recently made headlines for canceling some of her forthcoming shows, allegedly has additional gigs despite weak ticket sales.

On Thursday, March 14, Billboard reported that Live Nation made an announcement about the 54-year-old pop star's forthcoming tour earlier that day. It said that she has added second dates in New York, Toronto and Miami "in response to demand." According to the media outlet, details on the additional shows will be announced "soon."

The report came shortly after Jennifer disappointed her fans for calling off some of her upcoming shows, which are parts of the "This Is Me… Now" tour. She canceled the final seven gigs of the tour from August 20 to August 31. Throughout the dates, she was supposed to perform in Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans and Houston.

As of Wednesday, March 13, each of the shows' Ticketmaster page has been taken down with a "Canceled" sign on it. It also has been replaced with a message that read, "Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund."

Jennifer and her team have not publicly addressed the cancellation. Though so, it was revealed that the "On the Floor" singer and the team were forced to call off the concerts due to "logistical issue through the promoter."

Meanwhile, many believed that Jennifer made the difficult decision due to weak ticket sales. As seen on her Ticketmaster page, many tickets for most of the tour dates remain unsold. It could be seen from the seating charts that the blue segments, which indicate available tickets, were way larger than the gray ones that indicate unavailable tickets.

Jennifer created the tour in support of her ninth studio album "This Is Me… Now", which was dropped on February 16. The songstress is scheduled to start hitting the road at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida on June 26.
