AceShowbiz - Bobbi Althoff and Cory Althoff are close to being legally single. Just two weeks after Cory filed for divorce, the exes reportedly reached their divorce settlement.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the podcaster and her then-husband "have already exchanged preliminary declarations of disclosure, and reached global martial settlement agreement, including resolution of all property in anticipation of filing the dissolution." The two both cited "irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation.
Bobbi and Cory also agreed to pay their own attorney's fees and blocked the court's power to award spousal support. The former couple have both asked for joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old Luca and 1-year-old Isla.
Cory filed for divorce from Bobbi earlier this month, citing irreconcilable differences. In his filing, Cory listed their date of separation as July 4, 2023. It was the same month Drake became a guest on Bobbi's "The Really Good Podcast."
Bobby, meanwhile, confirmed her split from Cory on February 7. Posting a throwback picture of her and her ex from their happier moment together, she wrote, "As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce."
"As sad as I am right now, I am so thankful for the time I got to be his wife," the social media personality continued. "Our girls are so lucky to have him as a father & I am so lucky to be able to coparent with such an incredible father and person."
She went on to declare her determination to keep her relationship with Cory amicable. She said, "While our relationship did not work out as husband and wife, we will always be friends and I will always love him."
