The 'What Was I Made For?' songstress appears to have hinted that there is a possibility of her releasing her third studio album, which will follow 'Happier Than Ever', soon.

AceShowbiz - Billie Eilish has given her devotees an exciting update on her new album. The "What Was I Made For?" singer made use of her social media page to progress she has made on the upcoming album that will follow her latest one titled "Happier Than Ever".

On Wednesday, February 21, the 22-year-old songstress appeared to have hinted that she may release the third studio album soon. In the caption of her new Instagram post, she simply wrote, "My album is mastered."

In the same post, Billie uploaded a series of photos, in which she was captured striking a number of poses in what appeared to be a balcony and in front of a huge mirror. She was sporting a black-and-white outfit, including a black tee that came with white skeleton graphics on its front side.

Over the top, the "Ocean Eyes" songstress put on an oversized long-sleeved black jacket featuring white lines on the wearer's chest. She accessorized herself with a silver necklace. She also covered her hair and face, leaving only her blue eyes exposed, with a black headpiece that had gray star graphics all over it. At one point, she added a black baseball hat to complete the look.

Previously, Billie talked about the creative process for her new album. When making an appearance on Dua Lipa's "At Your Service" podcast in August 2023, she stated, "Everything is different about it. I've been trying to compare recently, just because I'm getting used to doing it in a different way. And trying to be like, 'It's OK to do that. I'm OK. I'm still able to do that; I'm capable still.' "

The "When the Party's Over" singer went on to explain, "And, you know, touring for a year-and-a-half, then coming back to it, and being way older - and not even much older, but again, the jump between 18 and 21 is a big jump." She continued, "Just mentally and physically, and realistically. It's just been completely different."

The new album will be a follow-up to Billie's sophomore set "Happier Than Ever", which was dropped in the summer of 2021. She unleashed her debut record titled "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" in 2019.
