AceShowbiz - Zachery Ty Bryan's recent DUI arrest doesn't seem to faze him. The "Home Improvement" alum was pictured enjoying the night at some local bars just days after he was booked for driving under the influence.
In a picture obtained by TMZ, the 42-year-old star was seen hitting two different bars back to back during the happy hour in La Quinta, California, on Tuesday, February 20. The news outlet claimed that Bryan visited the Amigos bar around 3 P.M. It's unknown if the actor had any alcoholic beverages at the bar.
He stayed there for about an hour before heading to the next joint, Applebee's. This time, he opted out driving for himself as he was seen catching an Uber. Bryan, who arrived at the second bar around 4:15 P.M., was later snapped sitting with a cold draft beer in front of him.
The bar sighting came after Bryan was arrested in La Quinta, California on Saturday morning, February 17 due to driving under the influence with three or more priors. "Deputies assigned to the La Quinta Sheriff's Station conducted a traffic stop in the area of Washington Street and Calle Tampico in La Quinta on a vehicle suspected of being involved in a recent traffic collision," Sergeant Wenndy Brito-Gonzalez told Fox News Digital.
"When deputies contacted the driver, they observed indications of impairment, leading to the driver's arrest for driving under the influence with priors," he continued. "The driver, later identified as 42-year-old Zachery Bryan, was booked into a Riverside County jail."
He was charged with a felony for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, in addition to a misdemeanor "contempt of court." The actor, who was all smiles in his mugshot, was booked into the John Benoit Detention Center at 5 A.M. He was released on $50,000 bond.
