According to a report, the 'Yeah!' hitmaker has tried his best to persuade Justin since he wanted to pay tribute to their history together, but the Canadian crooner wasn't keen to perform at the Sunday, February 11 show.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber was reportedly invited by Usher to perform at his Super Bowl halftime show. However, the "What Do You Mean?" hitmaker turned down the offer because he "wasn't feeling it."

Revealing the news was Page Six. A source told the outlet, "There's no bad blood between Usher and Justin. Justin just wasn't up for it - he just wasn't feeling it."

According to the report, Usher has tried his best to persuade Justin since he wanted to pay tribute to their history together. Still, the Canadian crooner wasn't keen to perform at the Sunday, February 11 show.

Rumors about Usher inviting Justin as his special guest emerged after a source told TMZ, "Usher reached out to [Justin] about performing" and "there were no handlers involved on either side, they talked directly to each other." The insider added that Usher, who mentored Justin at the beginning of his career, "definitely wants [Justin] to join him" for the show.

Despite not performing, Justin did attend the Super Bowl LVIII. He and his wife Hailey Bieber (Hailey Baldwin) made media headlines after packing on PDAs during a jumbotron moment at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

When the camera panned at the couple, Justin appeared to be in high spirits as he showed his thumbs up. Hailey, meanwhile, was waving her hand before the Canadian pop star gave her a sweet, long peck on her cheek.

For the occasion, Justin wore an unbuttoned brown printed Marine Serre shirt that allowed him to flaunt his abs and many tattoos. The 29-year-old paired the look with a black leather jacket, baggy jeans and red shoes. He additionally put on a backward baseball cap and tiny shades.

As for Hailey, the model channeled her inner "mob wife" in a leopard-printed fur coat from Saint Laurent that featured enormous shoulder pads. The Rhode founder completed her look with light-wash jeans and a simple white T-shirt. Giving more vibrant to her style were orange-tinted shades and a pair of red pointed shoes.
