The 'My Heart Will Go On' hitmaker, who has been staying low-key amid her ongoing health issues, hits the stage to present Album of the Year, the last award during the big night.

AceShowbiz - Celine Dion made a glorious rare appearance at the 2024 Grammy Awards. The "My Heart Will Go On" hitmaker, who has been staying low-key after being diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, stunned everyone when she hit the stage to present Album of the Year, the last award during the big night.

For the big moment, Celine opted for an elegant baby pink floor-sweeping gown with a pleated bodice. Accessorizing herself with an eye-catching necklace and diamond bracelet, the five-time Grammy winner completed the look with a long caramel coat and her hair in a sleek bob.

As Celine's hit "Power of Love" was played, everyone could be seen giving the icon a standing ovation. Taylor Swift, who won the category that night, even sang along to the song with full enthusiasm.

"Thank you all, I love you right back. You look beautiful," Celine said on the stage. "When I say I'm happy to be here I really mean it form my heart."

Celine's appearance at the Grammys came after she canceled 42 dates of her "Courage World Tour" scheduled through April 2024 back in May 2023. "I'm so sorry to disappoint all of you once again... and even though it breaks my heart, it's best that we cancel everything until I'm really ready to be back on stage... I'm not giving up… and I can't wait to see you again! - Celine xx…," she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, at the time.

In September of the same year, Celine's sister Claudette shared an update on the Canadian star's health issues. "She's doing everything to recover. She's a strong woman," she revealed to Hello! Canada.

"It's an illness we know so little about. There are spasms - they're impossible to control," Claudette further explained. "There's little we can do to support her, to alleviate her pain."

A source, meanwhile, noted that Celine gained strength from her three sons, Rene-Charles, 22, and 12-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy. "Her main focuses are always her sons and performing. She is the most selfless and considerate person," the insider told PEOPLE. "Celine just loves her boys so much. They are amazing. They give her all the support and love that she needs."
