On Thursday, February 1, the Baton Rogue native uploaded the picture showing him lying on the floor. Near his hand, pills were scattered on the floor as they appeared to be spilled from an emptied-out bottle of prescription drug. Next to him, there was also a Styrofoam cup filled with what looks like ice.

In the caption, the 24-year-old wrote, "& that's why I don't pick up my phone when it ring," insinuating that he got unconscious after taking whatever depicted in the said image.

In the comments section of the post, YoungBoy's followers quickly expressed their concerns for him and urged him to get help. "these n***as be crying for help right in our face," one person remarked. Another penned, "If you need help call a rehab."

A worried fan wrote, "mane dis not even funny he really need help." A fourth person claimed, "he needs help and i pray he gets it," while another devotee begged, "yb i love you and if you crash out or die i'll cry please stop it."

Some others, meanwhile, blasted YoungBoy for sharing the troubling photo, assuming that it was staged to garner people's attention. "Who set up the pic tho .. y'all wild," one person commented on the post. "he actually got down on the floor and said ...'take my pic, wit all these pills around me'. N***ahs wanna be depressed and moody for likes."

"Way to start #blackhistorymonth off with this picture," another sarcastically said, "Keep leading the kids that look up to you along with your own kids. What if the people you love never hear from you again. 6 years clean and never going back."

I LOVE MAKONNEN, who has collaborated with YoungBoy twice while the latter has been on house arrest, advised him, "Nah, take this down and call me. We love you, don't let the negativity take over."
