In the newly-released footage from the August 2023 incident, police can be seen arriving at the hip-hop stars' home following a fake shooting report on the property.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B and Offset's house in Sandy Springs, Georgia was swatted in August 2023. Newly-released body camera footage from the incident showed police arriving at the hip-hop stars' home following a report regarding a shooting on the property.

According to the report, a person called to tell the cops that a shooting took place at "famous rapper's house." The person additionally indicated that the "Bodak Yellow" raptress could have been the victim.

However, the police found out that the phone call was fake after talking to Offset's uncle Derrick Cephus, who was house-sitting. At the time of the incident, the former couple was allegedly out of town.

The video, obtained by TMZ, additionally saw Offset on speakerphone with his uncle as he explained that he and his wife were in Los Angeles. The Migos rapper appeared to have been mad after knowing that there were police at his home. The officers wrote a report and left after they realized nothing was wrong at the house.

Cardi and Offset were not the only celebrities who fell victims to swatting. Back in September, Nicki Minaj took to her social media account to slam "snitches" who caused her home being swatted twice.

"2 times my home was surrounded by large guns. This person wanted a family with a 2-year-old to be shot at. Yet, nothing on any blog," the "Super Freaky Girls" femcee said. "This same person made a false claim to CPS."

She went on to day, "When you have snitches in high places of the music industry who don't want you to win but realize they can't stop you because God's anointing in my life is very real. Funny how this person hasn't been found, mentioned, arrested, nada."

"QUEEN RADIO LIVE FROM NEW YORK TMRW AT 4PM EST. It's still protect black women or nah??? no sympathy needed. #BigDifference snippet alone doing numbers on tiktok. Love youuuuuuuuuuu it's great when your label is excited about your album," she added.

Seemingly accusing Cardi as someone who was behind the swatting, the Trinidadian star continued, "Can't call the cops every time you flop. just saying," she wrote. "Barbz, tmrw ima tell yall who to swat since swatting a home with a baby isn't a felony. Let's GOOOOOOOOO. #PinkFriday2 11.17.23 #BigDifference #LastTimeISawYou #ProtectBlackwomenSometimes?"
