The "Rain on Me" singer, who confirmed in late December 2023 that she would release her new album in 2024, appeared to have teased the title of her new song, which could be featured in her upcoming album, with her outfit.
On Thursday, January 4, the 30-year-old songstress was spotted out and about in New York City. During the sunny day out, she was wearing an oversized long-sleeved black sweatshirt, which came with a message that read, "Yes, and?" The message itself was written in a white color and lowercase font.
The "Stuck with U" singer completed the look with a pair of long light blue straight jeans and glossy black leather boots. She kept her belongings in a big brown leather handbag and styled her long blonde hair into a sleek high ponytail.
Ariana looked stunning in her bold makeup, including a cat-eye eyeliner, long lashes and soft red lipstick. To match with her lip gloss, she polished her long fingernails in a bright red color. She accessorized herself with a pair of simple earrings.
At that time, Ariana was spotted in what appeared to be a parking lot. She looked cheerful as she smiled from ear-to-ear several times. She even used one of her hands to play with her hair. She also excitedly put the hand up in the air as she closed her eyes while maintaining her radiant smile.
That same day, one of Ariana's photos wearing the crewneck was uploaded via Instagram by celebrity photographer Miles Diggs or Diggzy. It did not take long for the post to be flooded with online responses from the singer's fans. In the comments section, one in particular wrote, " 'Yes, and? IS SUCH A LEAD SINGLE TITLE."
The comments did not stop there. Another excitedly suggested, "FIRST TRACK CONFIRMED 'yes, and?' " A third noted, "Being an Ariana fan is thinking everything is a hint & mostly being right." A fourth added, "It would be so iconic and it could be about the rumors like she's responding to them with 'Yes, And?' "
Previously, Ariana has given clues of her songs' titles through her outfits. Before releasing her single titled "No Tears Left to Cry", she was spotted wearing a light gray sweatshirt with black "No Tears Left to Cry" graphics on its front side during a fun trip to Disneyland in 2018.
