AceShowbiz - Gerry Turner landed in hot water after his ex-girlfriend exposed how they broke up. The woman, who went by Carolyn in an article to keep her anonymity, revealed that "The Golden Bachelor" star refused to take her to his high school reunion because she gained some weight.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Carolyn said that she was shocked to see Gerry on national television trying to find love. She criticized the retired restaurateur for claiming that he hadn't been kissed since his ex-wife, Toni, died in 2017. Carolyn claimed that she and Gerry started their 3-year relationship only a month after Toni's death.

According to Carolyn, Gerry used the same lines that he used to swoon her to the women on the show. One of them was when he told Leslie, "I have to have you with my morning coffee, I have to have you when I go to bed at night."

Carolyn further shared that they moved in together in summer 2018, 10 months after they started dating, and that was when he started showing another side of him. Carolyn alleged that Gerry made her pay $850 a month to cover her expenses in addition to splitting the cost of all meals. He also made sure that Carolyn made the bed before having breakfast.

Seemingly the highlight of the expose, Carolyn claimed that Gerry stopped her from joining him at his high school reunion after she gained 10 pounds. "I'm not taking you to the reunion looking like that," Gerry allegedly said to her. That seemed to be the final straw as they broke up after the incident.

While Gerry has yet to comment on the allegations, he will conclude his journey of finding love in season finale of "The Golden Bachelor" on November 30.
