More than two weeks after rushing to hospital due to his numb arm, the 'Good Burger 2' actor looks cheerful while riding an eye-catching decorated car next to his co-star Kenan Thompson.

AceShowbiz - Kel Mitchell has had a blast on a recent holiday. More than two weeks after rushing to hospital due to his numb arm, the "Good Burger 2" actor looked in good spirits while taking his part during Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

On Thursday, November 23, the 45-year-old actor/comedian was spotted riding a "Good Burger 2" themed-car with his pal and co-star Kenan Thompson. In pictures making their rounds online, he could be seen smiling from ear-to-ear while sitting next to Kenan on the eye-catching colorful vehicle.

For the special occasion, Kel opted to wear a black tee and unzipped matching bomber jacket that came with a "Good Burger 2 & Chill" phrase embroidered on its front side. He also donned a black beanie with similar embroidery and a pair of long black jeans. To accessorize the look, he added a pair of shades and a gold wrist watch.

The new sighting came a little over two weeks after Kel was hospitalized in Los Angeles. On November 7, he reportedly was coming in through the emergency room, but appeared to be conscious and alert when he arrived at the hospital. He was still getting treatment at the same hospital the next day.

A few days later, Kel explained the reason behind the hospitalization. On November 10, he released on his Instagram page a video wherein he elaborated, "I was out shopping when suddenly the whole room started spinning. So I was like, 'I must be dehydrated so I need to go get some water, some food.' "

"When I did that, the whole right side of my arm was numb, followed by me not being able to swallow. That's when I panicked. And so I drove myself to the hospital," he continued. "Because I could not move my right arm, my motor skills were not working, so CT scan, EKGs, everything they started doing on me. That's why I had to stay overnight."

The former "Kenan and Kel" star additionally shared, "It was actually a bulging disc that I had from a prior injury that was pressing up against a nerve, mimicking all those symptoms that I was going through." He then concluded, "I'm thanking God that I am good. Thank y'all for all the prayers in the comments. Even the crazy ones. I saw the, 'Give him some orange soda in his IV.' "
