Defending the 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' actor following his son's scathing Instagram Story, a source claims that the 19-year-old allegations against his dad are 'far from the truth.'

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt isn't a "bad person," though a recently surfaced post by his son Pax suggested otherwise. The actor has been defended against "depressing" allegations by his teenage son, who called the Hollywood star "a**hole" and "despicable" among other things in the expletive-laden rant.

"Brad has great respect for all of his children and it's depressing to see this dragged up," a source tells The Sun of Brad's supposed real characters. "It's frustrating to see Brad being painted as some kind of 'bad person' when it's far from the truth."

Noting that the 59-year-old has been holding himself back from airing their dirty laundry, the source goes on claiming, "He chooses to keep a dignified silence and that speaks volumes."

Other sources, meanwhile, confirm that half of Brad's six children, whom he shares with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, don't see him at all. "As far as Maddox, Pax and Zahara go, the word is that they are totally in support of their mother and Brad doesn't hear from them these days at all - certainly not the boys, and it's been that way for a long time," one so-called insider spills.

The source, who is allegedly close to the former couple, added, "He still sees Shiloh and the twins [Knox and Vivienne] whenever he can, though not as often as he would like."

Daily Mail previously obtained and shared Pax's Father's Day post in which he blasted his "a**hole" and "despicable" dad. The then-16-year-old teen made use of his private account on Instagram to slam the "World War Z" actor in 2020. In a screengrab obtained by the site, he began his message by writing, "Happy Father's Day to this world class a**hole!!"

"You time and time and again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person," Pax penned over a picture of Brad winning an Oscar award for best supporting actor for "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" four months earlier. "You have no consideration or empathy toward your 4 youngest children who tremble in fear in your presence. You will never understand the damage you have done to my family because you are incapable of doing so."

The 19-year-old went on alleging his dad, "You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell. You may tell yourself and the world whatever you want, but the truth will come to light someday. So, Happy Father's Day, you f**king awful human being!!!"

Seemingly sharing her brother's feelings, Zahara recently snubbed Brad from a sorority ceremony at Spelman College. She dropped the "Bullet Train" star's last name when introducing herself as she joined the Alpha Kappa Alpha organization. Angelina as well as her sons Maddox and Pax also attended the ceremony, which took place earlier this month, while Brad was nowhere to be seen with them.

Despite Zahara's alleged estranged relationship with her dad, her pals still expect to see him on campus one day. "It was big talk when her mom helped her move into the dorm last year. So now everyone is crossing their fingers for at least a quick drive by and graduation, but that is years away," a school insider tells Page Six.
