The 'Oops!... I Did It Again' hitmaker reminisces her relationship with the lawyer, whom she dated in 2013 until 2014, amid reports that her tell-all book sparks a bidding war.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears has apparently taken a trip down memory lane on the heels of the release of her memoir "The Woman in Me". The pop star has shared a rare picture with one of her ex-boyfriends, months after calling it quits with her husband Sam Asghari.

On Sunday, November 19, the 41-year-old looked back at her relationship with David Lucado, whom she dated in 2013 until 2014. She shared a throwback photo of her and the lawyer taken ten years ago during their coffee date.

In the caption of the paparazzi snap she uploaded on her Instagram page, the mother of two wrote, "This was 10 years ago ..." She, however, was more intrigued with their height difference in the image as she divulged, "I thought as you got older you shrunk ... He is the shortest guy I ever dated .. I feel like I've never looked this small with any of the tall guys I've been with !!! Why is he staring at my cup …"

It's unclear why Britney suddenly brought up her past relationship with David, but her post comes months after Sam filed for divorce from her. The singer and the model/aspiring actor married in June 2023 and separated in August 2024 after only 14 months of marriage.

Meanwhile, Britney recently made her first public appearance following the release of her bombshell memoir. She looked carefree while being spotted out and about in West Hollywood, California on Saturday.

The Grammy Award winner dressed in a figure-hugging orange dress while heading to Chateau Marmont with her pal Cade Hudson. Completing her autumn look with light brown leather boots and aviator shades, she carried her furry friend Snow, which she adopted in August.

Britney made headlines lately with her book "The Woman in Me", in which she detailed her past relationship with Justin Timberlake. It was recently reported that Margot Robbie was interested in making a screen adaptation of the book, competing with Brad Pitt and Reese Witherspoon who are allegedly also eying the rights to the memoir.

The Australian actress, however, has denied the rumors. "No, no, I'm just hearing that tonight. It's not true," she told Access Hollywood at the 2023 Variety Power of Women event on Thursday. When asked if she would ever consider playing Britney in a film, she responded with a laugh, "It's not true."
