According to court documents, the 83-year-old 'Scarface' actor has been ordered to pay his 29-year-old baby mama $30,000 a month in child support for their young son Roman.

AceShowbiz - Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah have settled their child support agreement. According to court documents, the "Scarface" actor has been ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support.
Obtained by Page Six, the court papers reveal that a Los Angeles judge requires the Hollywood star to pay Alfallah $110,000 upfront before continuing with the monthly payments. He also could pay up to an extra $90,000 at the end of the year depending on his earnings.
Not stopping there, he needs to make a yearly $15,000 deposit for their son Roman's education fund. The 83-year-old additionally has to pay $13,000 for a night nurse and cover any medical bills outside the health insurance. It is also said that Pacino has agreed to cover his girlfriend's attorney fees up to $20,000.
The court documents further note that "The Godfather" actor and Alfallah will have joint legal custody. The judge granted the 29-year-old Sony producer the primary physical custody of their young son Roman with Pacino getting visitation. The pair also have to work together to determine holidays and both are equally able to make schooling and extracurricular activities decisions.
In September, Alfallah filed a petition asking a court to grant her physical custody of their three-month-old son, offering "reasonable visitation" to "The Godfather" star. Despite the legal battle, a spokesperson for the Oscar-winning actor previously insisted he and Noor are still in a relationship and have "mutually reached agreements" about their son.
The representative added, "Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together."
Roman, who was born in June, is the couple's first child together. Pacino is also a dad of three other kids he shares with exes Jan Tarrant and Beverly D'Angelo.
