AceShowbiz - Joe Jonas is having fun on TikTok amid his divorce from Sophie Turner. The Jonas Brothers frontman took to the video-sharing platform to share his hilarious run-in with a security guard at CVS.
"I just walked into CVS," the "Cake by the Ocean" hitmaker said in a video shared on Wednesday, November 1. He went on recalling, "And the security guy goes, 'Oh! Joe Jonas?' And I said, 'Hey man, what's going on?' "
The estranged husband of the "Game of Thrones" star revealed that he shook his hand before he was taken aback by the security guard's comment. "He goes, 'Man, you look crazy in person.' Is that a compliment?" Joe cheekily wondered.
Upon watching the clip, fans jokingly trolled the father of two in the comments section. "I feel like we're on FaceTime," one user wrote underneath the post. "Was I just on FaceTime with Joe Jonas?" one other commented.
Someone said that the security guard might have tried to say something entirely different, noting, "Maybe he meant to say 'It's crazy to see you in person.' " Another wrote, "It's probably crazy seeing someone so famous in real life. He was just shocked."
Joe and Sophia announced their shocking split on September 6. "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage," they wrote on Instagram. "There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."
The former couple was involved in a custody battle for their two kids, Willa and Delphine, before they agreed on a custody arrangement. "After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the U.K.," the two wrote in a joint statement last month. "We look forward to being great co-parents."
