After filing for divorce from the former host of 'The Real', the 'Leave You Alone' rapper announces that he will release a double album in the first week of November.

AceShowbiz - Jeezy (Young Jeezy) is set to release new projects following a painful separation from Jeannie Mai. After calling it quits with the former host of "The Real", the "Leave You Alone" rapper will address his "trauma" in his upcoming double album.

In a press release, it was revealed that the 46-year-old hip-hop artist will discuss his "trauma, obstacles, and personal growth" in his upcoming projects. In addition, he will dive deep "into the topics and people that have shaped [Jeezy] both personally and professionally in his new double album."

"Musically, Jeezy continues this powerful message to his devoted fans, encouraging them to persevere on their own journeys and strive to be the best versions of themselves while using his life and experience as the foundation for healing," the press release went on to read. "With 'I Might Forgive… But I Don't Forget', Jeezy vulnerably invites fans to join him on a transformative musical journey."

On Monday, October 30, Jeezy made use of his Instagram page to announce the release date of the double album. Along with a video of the double album's cover, he penned in the caption of the post, "2 New Albums 11.3." He went on to encourage his fans, "PRE-SAVE AVAILABLE NOW‼️ LINK IN BIO."

The announcement came more than one month after Jeezy filed for divorce from Jeannie. According to court documents obtained by The Atlanta Journal Constitution on September 14, Jeezy allegedly wrote that their marriage is "irretrievably broken" with "no hope for reconciliation." He is seeking joint custody of their daughter Monaco.

Following the divorce filing, Jeezy claimed that his "love and respect" for Jeannie remained the same despite their separation. "The decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart. Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart," the rapper issued a statement to the press on October 19.

As for Jeannie, the TV personality has revealed how she is handling the situation. "I'm not going to lie, it takes every day, to just really sit and just be quiet in your thoughts ... take care of me. But one thing I know is, 'You give God your pain, He will give you his Power.' ... I'm just taking it day by day," she said on "Sherri" earlier in October.
