The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star reportedly splashes more than $30,000 for 'laser vaginal rejuvenation' as well as 'Renuvion and Morpheus8 skin tightening' amid her financial woes.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak reportedly paid for her private part treatment "in full." Despite reports suggesting that she has been struggling financially, the star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" appeared to have splashed as much as $30,000 for the procedure.
Dr. David Matlock from Visthetic Surgery Institute & MedSpa, who performed Kim's recent "laser vaginal rejuvenation," revealed the price for her treatment to RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, October 24. Speaking to the outlet, David said, "For patients with a history of multiple childbirths, experiencing stress urinary incontinence and vaginal relaxation, our Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment is available."
"The comprehensive fee, which covers the surgery center, anesthesiologist, and surgeon, typically ranges from $25,000.00 to $30,000.00," David continued. However, he did not offer information about the exact price of Kim's treatment since he and other staff "do not disclose specific pricing details related to any individual patient." Though so, David spilled that she "paid in full."
Aside from the "laser vaginal rejuvenation," Kim did Renuvion and Morpheus8 skin tightening. About the price of the treatment, David said that it "generally falls between $12,000 to $15,000.00, contingent upon the size of the treatment area." David added, "This procedure aims to achieve 50-60% skin tightening. Morpheus8 Face skin tightening treatment is priced between $3,000.00 to $5,000.00."
Not stopping there, David noted that "individual needs and results can vary." He additionally shared that Kim still "has two follow-up visits scheduled" with the doctor following her treatments.
Previously, Kim unveiled that she was doing several treatments, including one for her private part. In a video uploaded on October 19, she stated, "It's 6:30 in the morning. I'm headed in to have my surgery. I'm doing Renuvion, Morpheus8 skin tightening. Very, very excited about that. I'm also doing laser vaginal rejuvenation."
On the reason why, the estranged wife of Kroy Biermann elaborated, "Obviously I've had six children, and I had them all naturally. So when I'm running or even when I sneeze I do pee a little bit, which bothers me greatly."
Kim has been struggling with her financial condition amid her split from Kroy. He first submitted divorce papers in May amid reports suggesting that he and Kim owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 as well as 2018. In addition, the former couple owes the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes from 2018.
However, Kim and Kroy decided to give their marriage a second try in July. It only took around one month for Kroy to change his mind and file for divorce from Kim again in late August. Most recently, on October 18, the two were caught on camera arriving at an airport together.
