The 'Oops!... I Did It Again' hitmaker was reportedly pulled over by cops and got a traffic ticket earlier this month after she was pulled over for speeding in September.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears may need to evaluate her driving skills. The pop star has been pulled over again by police in Southern California, just weeks after she was cited for two traffic violations when driving in September.

According to court records, the "...Baby One More Time" songstress' latest traffic offense occurred earlier in October. Per TMZ's report, she was pulled over by California Highway Patrol for allegedly making an improper turn.

The citation says Britney crossed over double lines and was hit with a $327 fine. She has until November 21 to pay the fine. In California, it is illegal to cross solid double yellow lines on the road, unless you are turning left at an intersection, turning into/out of a private road or driveway, driving in a carpool lame, or instructed by construction workers.

Earlier this month, the same news outlet reported that Britney was busted on the road in Ventura County, California. She was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol when driving her white Mercedes on September 10. She was initially pulled over for speeding, going 61 mph in a 40 mph zone.

The 41-year-old was cooperative during the stop and was able to get off with a warning for the speeding, but was handed down two citations for driving without a valid license and driving without proof of insurance. The pair of violations have accrued a balance of $1,140, which she has to pay by October 24.

However, Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart claimed that the star has her required documentation. The lawyer told Us Weekly in a statement following report of her September traffic violations, "Britney at all times had a license and insurance." He insisted, "This is the functional equivalent of a parking ticket."

Britney recently returned to Instagram after briefly deactivating her account amid the controversy surrounding bombshell revelations she made in her upcoming memoir "The Woman in Me". On Sunday, October 22, she unleashed a cryptic post which featured a photo of a heart-shaped cake topped with pink birthday candles. The cake featured a message that read, "See you in hell."
