The RnB singer and actor has been accused of forcing himself on the women after they passed out at his house party that took place in 2015 at his Los Angeles-area estate.

AceShowbiz - Trey Songz's lawyer has reacted to news about him facing a new lawsuit. The R&B singer is currently being sued by two women who claimed he sexually assaulted them, but his attorney Michael Freedman said he believes that it was just a made-up allegation.

"This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California's constitutionally questionable new look back window," Michael told TMZ. "We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court."

Trey was accused of forcing himself on the women after they passed out at his house party. In the legal docs obtained by TMZ, it was stated that the incident took place in 2015 at his Los Angeles-area estate.

In the court documents, the women say they first met Trey in June 2015 when they went to his concert and got invited to his after-party. After having some interactions, the musician reportedly invited the woman to his home in August for his birthday bash.

Once they were at Trey's property, they were allegedly told to turn over the phones and their passwords before entering. They said the guests were mostly women and only a handful of men, and the ladies were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles.

The women claimed they suddenly felt "overwhelmingly intoxicated" despite not drinking too much. It prompted them to believe they were drugged.

The plaintiffs stated that Trey led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out. Unfortunately, the next morning, they reportedly woke up naked and found out that Trey, who was also naked, was forcing himself on them.
