AceShowbiz - Joe Jonas is letting loose for a while amid his ongoing divorce with Sophie Turner. The singer/actor was seen living it up while partying on a superyacht with friends, days after reaching a custody agreement with his estranged wife.

On Sunday, October 15, the 34-year-old was photographed enjoying a cruise aboard a luxury vessel in Miami. He was spotted chatting it up with former Playboy Playmate Erica McGraw, who flaunted her toned abs in a tiny purple bikini while out on the dining deck, as seen in pictures obtained by Daily Mail.

The Jonas Brothers member himself flexed his muscular arms as he rocked a white tank top paired with shorts in matching color. He wore a black cap and a pair of beige suede Birkenstock Boston mules. Being a social butterfly, he looked happy while greeting his pals on the watercraft. Erica's husband Jay McGraw, who is a good pal of Joe and his brothers, was also seen aboard the luxury cruiser.

Earlier that day, Joe was seen driving around the beach city in a black-and-white classic car. Sitting behind the wheel, he was joined by a male friend who sat in the front passenger seat.

At one point, they stopped to take a photo in front of the vintage Ford. Still wearing the same outfit, he added a white short-sleeved button-down top over his tank top. The "Cake by the Ocean" crooner also carried a beige graphic print tote bag.

Joe appears to be a bit relieved now after setting his custody dispute with Sophie. Earlier this month, the estranged couple issued a statement regarding the agreement. The statement explained, "After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the U.K. We look forward to being great co-parents."

According to court documents, they came to an agreement after a "productive mediation" between October 4 and October 7. The agreement states that the children will be with Sophie between October 9 and October 21. During that period, Sophie and her children are permitted to travel to England and throughout the U.S.

The kids will be returned to their dad by a nanny on October 21. The musician will have the same travel permissions up until November 2. The celebrity duo have been asked to "submit a status report letter," detailing the status of their mediation, while it's also been decided that their temporary agreement will run until January 7.

Following the agreement, Joe and Sophie are reported to be "on the path to healing." A source recently told Us Weekly, "They're on the path to healing and to being healthy coparents. They're both on the same page. They spoke recently and it was amicable, and that triggered a quicker resolution."
