The 'Real Housewives of New York City' alum defends the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star nearly one month after Tamra Judge deemed the latter as the 'most overrated housewife.'

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel has defended Teresa Giudice against the "most overrated housewife" claim. Nearly one month after Tamra Judge deemed Teresa as the most overrated housewife, the former star of "The Real Housewives of New York City" shared her opinion on the matter.
On Sunday, July 2, the 52-year-old reality TV star posted a TikTok video about the "most overrated housewife." In the clip, she expressed her thoughts on Teresa. She could be heard saying, "There's no way that you could ever call Teresa overrated as a housewife. I mean, the woman did time."
Weighing on Tamra's claim in a June episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen", Bethenny said, "So Tamara Judge said on 'Watch What Happens Live', when asked by Andy, of course, who the most overrated housewife is. She said, 'Teresa.' "
"Now, I love Tamra. I think she's an iconic, not overrated housewife," Bethenny continued. She went on to suggest, "I think that she meant Teresa was an overrated person because of their personal gripe. And that's her own personal feeling at this time, current dispute."
In addition to her TikTok video, Bethenny discussed Tamra's judgment on Teresa in a June episode of her podcast "ReWives". In it, Bethenny stated that Teresa and her husband Luis Ruelas are "accurately rated," instead of "overrated." She explained, "Teresa provides so much drama. The reason I don't like that Tamra did that on 'Watch What Happens Live' - and I love Tamra - is because she's in a current argument."
"She's in a current argument, so someones like, 'Who's the most overrated housewife?' She's like, 'Teresa,' because she currently doesn't like her. They are currently in a squabble. But, you don't say something that’s not true during a squabble," she continued. "Overrated housewife?!?! There are so many boring, filler housewives that present and do nothing. Teresa is not one of them," she added.
Bethenny's defense came nearly one month after Tamra deemed Teresa as the "most overrated housewife" in the June 7 episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen". At that time, Tamra was asked by host Andy Cohen to mention the name of "the most overrated Housewife of all time." In response, Tamra did not hesitate to say, "Teresa," without further explaining why.
