The 26-year-old model daughter of Stephen Baldwin also admits in a new interview that she's amused by the mixed responses she gets after wearing the controversial 'nepo baby' T-shirt.

AceShowbiz - Hailey Bieber (Hailey Baldwin) addressed her controversial "nepo baby" T-shirt. In a new interview, the model set the record straight about her fashion choice which landed her in hot water earlier this year.

Speaking with Bloomberg, Hailey explained that her fashion choice served as her "little comment on the whole discourse" of the time. The wife of Justin Bieber added she wasn't trying to "poke fun at it or be like, 'Yeah, I'm a nepo baby' and ha-ha type of thing."

The 26-year-old catwalk beauty further elaborated, "It was more so to be like this is what everyone is saying, and I want you to know this is my way of responding to it and my way of acknowledging it," adding, "in a way that is so overly literal that it's like, 'I'm just going to call myself a nepo baby because I am one and I embrace that I am.' "

Hailey admitted that she was amused by the mixed responses she got after wearing the tee. The daughter of Stephen Baldwin shared, "you're going to sit there and call me a nepo baby all day long but then I acknowledge it and then I'm not enough of a nepo baby? So, it's like, there is never any winning with the internet."

Hailey recently made headlines as she got candid about "the division" caused by her alleged feud with Selena Gomez. "I don't think this is about me, Hailey Bieber, and Selena Gomez," she said on YouTube series "The Circuit". "This is not about…this pitting between two women and division between two women - it's about this vile, disgusting hatred that can come from completely made up and twisted and perpetuated narratives."

"That can be really dangerous and I think that it's an opportunity to really stand for bringing people together and not being okay with the kind of division that it caused. Because I'm not okay with the kind of division that it caused. I don't like this whole idea of team this person, and team this person; I'm just not about that. I want to be able to bring people together," the Rhode founder added.

Hailey went on to insist that there is "no problem" between herself and the "Only Murders in the Building" star, who dated the "Sorry Not Sorry" hitmaker on and off for almost a decade until 2018. She explained that she has "hated" the rumors since the beginning.
