The former Bravo personality is hit with a lawsuit just days after news broke that her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, is being sued for $52,000 debt to a casino.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak has found herself entangled in legal trouble. If a new report is to be believed, the former star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is being sued by Target for "refusing" to pay a credit card bill.

In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, June 28, Target National Bank alleged that the reality star "failed, neglected and refused" to make payments on a principal amount of $2,482.24 in credit card fees. According to the complaint, the last time she made a payment was on September 17, 2022, after opening the card on December 10, 2007.

The retail giant is now seeking the entire unpaid balance and interest. Kim, meanwhile, has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Just days prior, it was unveiled that Kim's estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, was also slapped with a lawsuit over a debt. He has been accused of owing over $52k to a Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas.

According to court documents, the company Sky Warrior is suing Kroy over an unpaid line of credit provided to him when he visited the casino. The suit stated that the ex-NFL star obtained a $100k line of credit during a November 2021 trip.
