Like many of the 'Django Unchained' actor's colleagues, the 'Bad Teacher' star is allegedly in the dark about his condition, although she wants to 'help out in any way.'

AceShowbiz - Cameron Diaz is reportedly concerned about Jamie Foxx's health following his hospitalization, but she finds it hard to be "supportive" of her "Back in Action" co-star. The actress is said to be in the dark about his condition, although she is keen on helping out "in any way."

Jamie was hospitalized back in April while he was filming the upcoming film, which marks Cameron's movie comeback, in Atlanta. A source tells PEOPLE that the "My Best Friend's Wedding" star is "shocked and saddened by Jamie's health crisis."

The source notes that "one day they were working together, and the next he was just gone." The source adds, "She wanted to be supportive and help out in any way, but his family has kept his status very quiet."

Cameron isn't the only one of Jamie's co-stars who find it hard to get information about his condition. John Boyega, who stars alongside Jamie in "They Cloned Tyrone", previously revealed that he had not been able to get in touch with the 55-year-old since his "medical complication."

"I've been calling, I'm just gonna keep on calling," the Finn depicter in the "Star Wars" sequel trilogy said at the premiere of "They Cloned Tyrone" at the American Black Film Festival in Miami Beach on June 14. He added, "He better pick up. Come on Jamie!"

The British actor admitted to missing Jamie on the red carpet. He told Entertainment Tonight, "I wanted him to show up here but you know, I know he's dealing with what he's dealing with, and we just wish him all the best."

Jamie's ex Katie Holmes is reportedly also completely "in the dark" about his condition. "Katie is worried sick about Jamie," a source recently told RadarOnline.com, before noting, "She and Jamie didn't end on the best of terms. But regardless, she is very concerned."

The so-called insider spilled that the "Dawson's Creek" alum has been trying to reach out to their mutual friends, but her calls go "unanswered." The source added, "Katie is desperate to find out more details but a lot of her calls to their mutual friends are going unanswered. No one knows what is going on."

Back in May, Jamie's daughter Corinne Foxx informed that her father "has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating" amid conflicting reports about his health. Meanwhile, his "Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!" co-star Porscha Coleman said at the 2023 BET Awards that the Oscar winner "is doing well."
