AceShowbiz - Lil Scrappy has gone public with Diamond. After his divorce with Bambi was finalized, the "Money in the Bank (Remix)" artist and his rumored new partner posed together for a picture at BET Awards.
On Sunday, June 25, the seemingly new couple hit the red carpet at the event. In a photo making its way online, the two could be seen posing for a picture together. However, the two left a space in between them empty and stood in a distance from each other. Despite the distance, the twosome still smiled widely for the camera.
The Neighborhood Talk posted the picture of them posing together at the awards-giving event in addition to sharing a video of them backstage. Over the clip, a note read, "Update: Scrappy and Diamond spotted backstage at the BET Awards."
The post was immediately flooded with hilarious responses. In the comments section, one Instagram user wrote, "They definitely gave bambi a good laugh tonight. I wouldn't even be mad at this mess." Another chimed in, "Scrappy dress like a back in the day broke uncle who think he get money." A third proposed, "I know Bambi somewhere with her kids laughing like this what you aint pay the bills for."
The comments did not stop there. A fourth wrote, "Wth Diamond. Now you know you was supposed to eat us uppp now we chewing. I was rooting for you." A fifth pointed out, "No, we said Erica!! Go back to Erica!!!" A sixth stated, "Diamond and This party city wig on a dress from 2003 homecoming and scrappy dress just like a Haitian omg i hate it.". A seventh complained, "Her shoes, outfit, wig, it's all a nooooo."
Previously, The Neighbook Talk claimed that Scrappy had finalized his divorce from Bambi. In addition, the outlet spilled that Diamond would attend the BET Awards and make her relationship with Scrappy go public. In an Instagram post, the outlet wrote, "Neighbors, get in here for this lil tea. Its no secret that Bambi and Scrappy marriage is over."
"But we received some tea from a close source that their divorce was finalized two days ago," the caption continued. "The source also revealed to us that Scrappy and Diamond, the woman he’s been rumored to be seeing, will be going public with their relationship when they hit at the 2023 BET Awards."
