AceShowbiz - Summer Walker and Lil Meech are making their relationship red carpet official. Months after their romance rumors first surfaced online, they made their first official public appearance as a couple at the 2023 BET Awards.
Going color-coordinated in black, the pair looked loved up as they posed together for the cameras. Meech placed one hand on Summer's waist while his other hand held hers. He also planted a kiss on her cheek, making the R&B singer blushed.
For the occasion, Summer showed off her stunning post-baby body in a beaded gown which she teamed with a pair of open toe heels. She put on purple lipstick while sporting long straight hair with bangs. Her man, meanwhile, looked neat in a black button-up shirt and matching pants while accessorizing with sunglasses.
Summer and Meech's new romance was recently rocked by cheating allegations after a woman was seen sporting his BMF chain. After Summer confronted a woman named Anisa Ali Abdu about a video of her wearing Meech's chain, the woman initially apologized to Summer and claimed that the security gave her the chain.
However, Anisa later seemed to backtrack on her earlier statement and leaked Meech's DM to her. Unbothered by Anisa's claims, Summer later posted a photo of her reuniting with Meech earlier this month.
Back to the BET Awards, Kash Doll and her baby daddy Tracy T as well as Ray J and Princess Love were among other celebrity couples gracing the red carpet together. Tracy playfully placed his hand on Kash's booty while posing together, while Ray and Princess shared a kiss on red carpet.
Ice Spice, GloRilla, Latto (formerly Mulatto), Victoria Monet, Coco Jones and Tori Brixx also attended the event, while Rich the Kid stole the spotlight in his bewildering outfit that included a mask.
