The former star of 'The Real Housewives of Potomac' previously debunked split rumors between the two in October 2022 by sharing a sweet video of her and her now-estranged husband.

AceShowbiz - Monique Samuels and Chris Samuels have gone their separate ways. The former star of "The Real Housewives of Potomac" officially filed for divorce from her husband after more than 11 years of marriage.
A spokesperson from the Montgomery County Family Court in Maryland revealed on Tuesday, June 20 that the 39-year-old submitted a complaint for absolute divorce on April 14. The reality star then filed an amended complaint for absolute divorce on June 15.
Monique and Chris will have a hearing scheduled for Wednesday. According to the spokesperson, the divorce will be finalized if things go well.
Monique and Chris tied the knot in 2012 and share three children together, sons Christopher and Chase as well as daughter Milani. The couple has endured relationship issues over the years which were well documented in the first season of "Love & Marriage: D.C.".
Monique, who was part of "RHOP" from the second season until the fifth season, addressed the state of her marriage in July 2022 when she was filming for the Bravo reality series. "People always say that reality TV tears your marriage down. What people don't realize is that 'Real Housewives of Potomac' actually in some ways saved my marriage," she told Entertainment Tonight.
"Chris and I, before we started filming that show, we were in a really rough place," she shared. "We had lost all of the dating in our marriage. Once we started filming reality TV, it actually helped us because it forced us to date."
In October, it was unveiled that Monique and Chris had called it quits. However, the former Bravo personality shut down the split reports by posting a video of the two.
In the clip, Monique said that she had just returned from a hike on what she dubbed a "beautiful" day. The camera then panned on Chris who was relaxing next to her. She let out a laugh before flashing her wedding ring which she still wears on that finger.
