AceShowbiz - G Herbo (Lil Herb) has called it quits with Taina Williams. The "Locked In" rapper announced his split from his fiancee by declaring his single status on social media.
Making use of Instagram Story on Tuesday, June 6, the 27-year-old simply wrote, "IM SINGLE." The emcee has yet to offer more details regarding his breakup with Taina.
While the reason behind their separation remains to be seen, eagle-eyed fans noticed that G Herbo was seemingly unhappy with Taina's recent Instagram post. In the video, Taina modeled a skimpy bodysuit that flaunted her figure.
Catching wind of the clip, G Herbo commented, "You coulda had on some boy shorts type s**t."
G Herbo and Taina Williams, who is Fabolous' stepdaughter, began dating in 2019 after he called off his engagement to Ari Fletcher. The new exes share two children together, while the emcee also has a son named Yosohn Santana shared with Ari.
In December 2022, G Herbo admitted that he was cheating on Ari with Taina. When appearing on Yung Miami's "Caresha Please" podcast, he was asked whether he was a cheater. In response, G Herbo replied, "Am I a cheater? No, but I've cheated though."
Miami later asked Herbo if he was romancing Taina while dating Ari. The Machine Entertainment Group artist then answered, "Yeah. Technically yeah. Why? I was young and I was dumb... I was just doing s**t."
Noting that he and Ari were in a bad space at that time, G Herbo added, "Me and Ari were having our differences, but that was not an excuse to cheat on her." He went on to stress, "That was not wise to cheat on her."
